He got sent the same inspection the other two contractors got sent and one said he was cutting me a deal at $2,000, the other one told me $1,675 with a $125/per hour labor costs off tops before materials and everything so yea! I was confused because the other guy was like it isn’t as bad as the inspection said which was congruent to what Midwest shared. Let me just say this I’m single woman I felt like this man and his team was thorough anf looks out for you! He knows his stuff and is efficient and not milking the clock or making stuff up. He was old school and high value! He even killed a bat in my basement. How did that get there? I digressed. He wasn’t creepy, told me in lament terms what I needed and how much it costs upfront according to what the inspection showed. When he got here he had the work done in an hour and a half and noticed something else wrong and wrapped in my fee and still came under his original bid looking at the inspection prior. I feel safe and secure now given the inspection said this problem was a “fire hazard”!
